June in Big Bear, The Real Estate Lady. My dad Leo Pace built the first three track homes in Winchester in the 1950's and that started my understanding of real estate. I have been a active investor and owned many rentals. I am adept at first time home buyer programs and have been in the real estate business both in new homes and resales most my life. I specialize in vacation rentals and first time buyers. My other area of expertise is the re location process. I will always be ready to serve and answer any questions.
