Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My dad, Leo Pace, built the first three tract homes in Winchester in the 1950s, giving me an early look at what it takes to turn a house into a home.

I’ve carried that foundation into a career spanning new construction, resales, real estate investing, and rental ownership. Today, I specialize in vacation rentals, first-time homebuyers, and relocation. I’m also well-versed in first-time buyer programs and can help you navigate the path to homeownership—even when credit challenges have made that path feel out of reach.

I also have extensive experience helping buyers make a move that fits their next chapter, whether that means upsizing for a growing family or downsizing into a home that better suits their lifestyle. I especially enjoy working with seniors and their families through these transitions, bringing patience, practical guidance, and a personal approach to what can be a very meaningful change.
